Their website says: We’re a referral based food bank, so if you’re being supported by a charity/ organisation/ school etc then ask them to get in contact with us, and we’ll be able to talk them through the steps to referral. If you’re in need, but unsure of who can refer you, then get in contact with us and we’ll be able to support you through this
