Their website says: To enable us to help you, you will need to get in contact with us or someone from one of our supporting organisations, and let us know the circumstances of your situation. We will then discuss the help that we can give you and identify what support you require, including any special requirements you may have, from this we will create a voucher for you to use in our foodbank.
