Crisis Skylight Birmingham

Crisis Skylight Birmingham helps people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness with housing, work, health and wellbeing. Covers Birmingham and Solihull. You can refer yourself by phone or email, or drop in on weekdays.

You can just turn up. No referral or voucher needed.

Their website says: Crisis is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999 now and ask for the police or an ambulance. If you require urgent housing support at the weekend or after 5pm, call Birmingham City Council’s out-of-hours housing team on 0121 303 2296 . If you are unable to contact us by phone or email then please drop into Crisis Skylight Birmingham on weekdays between 9 am and 4 pm. We may not be able to offer you an appointment that day, but we will have a chat, take your details and agree on some next steps.
