You need a referral first. Ring them, or ask a support worker, health visitor or Citizens Advice to refer you.
Their website says: Once you have been referred the agency will send us your food voucher, we will then invite you to visit our shop outside the Charlton Centre, where a member of the team will sit with you to assess your requirements and create your personalised shopping list.
