Tollcross Advice & Learning Centre serves the communities of Tollcross, Lilybank/Newbank and Carmyle. We provide advice and support to residents on Benefits, Debt and Energy. Credit Union Service. Community Food Project by referral. We provide a welcome space with TV, free Wi-Fi and tea/coffee/biscuits. Courses in the Community include: ESOL Basic IT Food Hygiene Health & Safety.
