Transitions Programme
Recognising the importance of the transition from school to adulthood, the Edge Transitions Programme provides a specialist-supported day programme for school leavers aged 16–19 who have learning disabilities, are autistic and/or have other additional support needs (ASN). Our holistic, vocational approach builds confidence, independence and practical skills for adult life.
