16+ Glasgow
Barnardo's 16+ Glasgow project provides a transitional support service to young care leavers in Glasgow, including residential accommodation, supported tenancy's and on-going support up to the age of 26. Leaving home can be a challenge for anyone, but it can be even tougher if you’re a young person leaving care.
