Their website says: Our drop in sessions in our Elgin Office (at 6 Moss Street) run mornings only on Mondays and Fridays from 9:30am to 12:30pm. On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays we are open from 9:30am to 3:30pm. Please note drop in session are offered on a first come basis and waits for advisers can be lengthy.
