You need a referral first. Ring them, or ask a support worker, health visitor or Citizens Advice to refer you.
Their website says: Here are the opening times and locations for our foodbank centres. Everyone who has food from the foodbank needs to have been referred by an agency (see 'How to get help' page) who send us an e-voucher and give you the number of the voucher. You then bring that number to the Foodbank.
